Who operates the site

Xenon Wealth operates this website and handles personal information collected through it.

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message and any attachments. Please avoid sending sensitive financial documents in an initial email unless we have agreed a secure way to receive them.

To deliver and protect the site, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times. The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not send your message to us until you send that email. The Book a call link opens Cal.com, whose own privacy terms apply. We do not embed its booking tool on this site.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, assess whether we can help, arrange a conversation and maintain an appropriate record of our correspondence. We use technical information to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. We do not use information from a website enquiry for unsolicited marketing.

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our grounds include taking steps at your request before an engagement, our legitimate interest in responding and securing the site, and any applicable legal or regulatory duty. Swiss data protection law may also apply.

Who receives it

Our email and hosting providers process information needed to run the site and handle enquiries. We may share information with a specialist or the entity that would provide your service when needed to answer your request, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell enquiry information.

Information may be processed outside Switzerland. We use contractual, technical or other safeguards required by applicable law where an international transfer needs them. Following a link to LinkedIn or X takes you to that service, which applies its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, assess a potential engagement and meet any applicable recordkeeping or dispute obligations. If an engagement begins, a separate client notice may describe longer periods required for advice records. Technical logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s operational and security needs.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to some uses, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Write to team@xenonwealth.ch and we will review your request under the relevant law.
